I purchased this boat in xxxx and have been using it regularly to travel around Florida and the Bahamas Islands. All extant snags are listed in the Maintenance Log. The only major snag is the Westerbeke Generator has been removed and must be replaced. I have been offered a Northern Lites 9 Kw overhauled generator for $xxxx so I will either have it installed, or deduct the quoted price from my asking price - your decision. This boat has been a great "Cottage on the water" for myself, my wife and our large dog - great for a weekend, a month or a full time season. We have had up to 4 guests for a few days or more while cruising the Bahamas Islands comfortably. Easy to drive and easy to maneuver in close quarters and on the open sea. 3.5 hours from Lake Worth to West End Bahamas. The boat is stored in an inland Marina, on the hard, from mid April until mid October since I purchased it as we travel back to Canada for the summers. That means that at least twice a year it travels through fresh water for at least 4 hours, giving all systems a good fresh water rinse down - inside the engine and out. All lights have been replaced with LED's so all lights on (at least 35 or more) draw less than 2 amps of current. This boat is clean and everything on it is in very good condition. I have kept comprehensive Journey and Maintenance logs so you can see all snags and trends. I am selling this boat because it is time for us to move up into a bigger boat so we can travel farther afield and I do not want to be a :two boat owner". The boat can be seen in water until April 15 and after October 15 and on the hard in between.
